We had one... Roxie for several years then my hubby found Ryder and we rescued him and it was the best thing we have ever done! Roxie is my lover girl and I never thought I would love another like I love her but Ryder is the perfect fit in our family. He needed us and I think Roxie needed him there was no awkward adjustment it just worked... Roxie stopped having anxiety when we were gone and loves Ryder! We added Prince this fall and I was worried that he would mess up our two but he also found his place and I wouldnt have it any other way!
