I am hoping YTNR will take him. I did send an email to them and also contacted a foster home of theirs who said their state director is aware of him.
I appreciate your offer to help! I honestly don't see how we could get him to any of our foster homes. A train that far scares me. Too many miles imo.
I really wish we had some CA foster homes. Perhaps one day. CA and TX are just so loaded with yorkies in need.
