Yes you have to Dna if they have more than 3 litters. I didn't know this back in the summer until I got a letter. It held my friends papers up for a while. I am thinking it took 6-8 weeks to get the dna back.
Weight is a hard thing to predict. My puppies are 12 weeks and range from 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 I expect the biggest one to reach 5 1/2- 6 pounds.
Do you realize there is no such thing as a teacup yorkie?
