I have two little boys, Harley and Chief. They are 9 mos. old, both are neutered and they are both pad trained. As they have gotten a little older I have noticed occasional marking. Not necessarily in the same spot. I am familiar with how to clean up accidents and they are not picking up a previous scent. My question is "Should I let them mark outside when we walk?" I know this behaviour is instinctual but should I discourage them from marking when we walk outside?
