We recently started using Dr. Foster's dental wipes and they are fantastic. Unlike many other doggy dental wipes, they contain chlohexidine, which Dwerten (a member here) said is used by doggy dentists.

We also brush with CET toothpaste, which I think is better than the toothpaste I purchased at the pet store.
