You linked a picture of a canned food, and many of the canned foods I've seen have what looks like to be little fat globules, I'm not saying that's what it is, but some food goes straight through the intestines without much change. If you are concerned about his poop, I would ask a vet, as long as the puppy is eating well, gaining weight, not vomiting or having diarrhea, and has plenty of energy, the food is probably good enough. Puppy food is generally higher in fat than adult food.
