Very simple fix. Call your vet. make an appoinment and get your baby checked. Take a stool sample for the vet to look at under the microscope.
They will give your kid medication- you may need to go back a second time just to make sure they got all the worms. This is a very common thing and can be treated very easy. Just do not ignore the situation. If you have any other dogs good to have them checked also.
