If this is new for her and hasn't happened before then to me it sounds like a false pregnancy shes using that toy as if it was truly her baby. did it happen after her last heat? one of my females did this before they are mothering a favorite toy. it can get out of hand some times and they can start producing milk as if they really was pregnant, it can last for weeks and she may become very over protective of that toy. try playing with her or doing some thing fun with her to try getting her mind off of it.
