then it is the fleas then and i do not like tea tree oil at all as allergy dogs are allergic to it and sounds like your dog has flea allergy. If you have fleas that bad there then you need to do flea protection most likely frontline plus is what our dermatologist recommends - i hate flea meds but here we do not have the prob as much but if you have to do it then you have to. For a natural flea shampoo i like this as my allergy dog did not react to it
