Has your vet suggested another plan, perhaps other tests? Perhaps a consult with an internal medicine specialist?

I will say that when I have had pups who were on kidney diet, they did not care much for K/D. If she turns her nose up to it, ask your vet about switching to Purina N/F. My kidney diet pups have always preferred that one.
