Hi there! Sookies a cutie... it may be that she is full bred, but not well bred if that makes sense. Did you see her parents? And did you get her from a breeder or puppy store? Also, yorkies have different types of coats. It may be that she has a wirey coat, which if this is the case, her hair may never attain full length BUT... I've also heard that sometimes when they have a really thin coat, it's ends up being long and full when they reach adulthood. It really just depends, and usually it's like a surprise package... you never know how they'll turn out until later. My Harley had a really fluffy cottony puppy coat, but now at 1 year old, she's very fine and silky.
