I emailed the staff at college humor requesting removal of pic.
I just wrote them that not only it is nor funny at all (pupppy looks scared), but also my worries are some idiot kids would actually try this with other poor puppies. I'm pretty sure there are some sutupid kids thinking that it is funny. Hopely the website would remove it ASAP.
