Jasmine is 1 year old. This policy is: $10,000 max. annual, $200 annual deductable, 10% co-pay and is costing me $30.77 a month or $20 savings if paid annually. I haven't gotten the policy yet, just bought it today. Can cancel it within 30 days if not satisfied for full refund. Yes, there are different annual max., co-pay percentages and deductables that you can select. Also, you can select if you want to add the wellness and dental plans. Hope this answers your questions.
