My Chloe has hair almost exactly like your pup's. My biggest problem is that the hair on top of her head starts to separate and look a little oily a few days after her bath, but other than that I love her fur type. It's so easy to take care of and never tangles. I've decided (in my opinion only) that she looks best either pretty short - not shaved, but just a little longer than that - or her fur needs to be long. Anything in between just looks like a little orphan.

I've finally found a groomer that I like and she did a wonderful job on Chloe at our first visit. She just shaped everything up a little, trimmed Chloe's feet & under her tail, shaved her ears (I don't care for the long hair on the ears very much), and trimmed her face up beautifully. Chloe is at about the same length as Sophie right now and it just seems like she doesn't grow evenly or something!! But even just the little bit of shaping our groomer did was a huge help!
