I used whelp help with Chanel, since it was her first litter I wanted to make sure I gave her everything she needed I asked my holistic Vet about whelp help, she read the ingredients and told me to start it 7 days before whelping date, and continue it for 7 days after whelping. Miss Chanel had a text book whelping so I am leaning to using it again when I get another pregnant girl.
