The oxymate says it helps them bounce back faster. This was Tara's first litter but I was amazed how well she did. She looked as good 2 weeks after whelping as she did before. You couldn't tell she even had pups. Her hair even grew during nursing..alot..
I am using the bitch pills not for irregular cycle. I am using them on Jenna because her last litter I lost. They looked early and only weighed 2 oz. One was born stillborn. I thought it couldn't hurt to give her a boost of vitamins she may be lacking. She is not a good eater at all and when she got pregnant she stopped eating.
Women take vitamins during pregency to get what they need. I think some bitches may need a extra boost too for healthier pups and mom.
