Yes. Several years ago I used it with my Yorkie puppy Phoebe and it worked really well. Took about 2 weeks rather than 7 days, but big whoop.

I train to the outside, and I can say with confidence...the key is to take them out a LOT. My Zoey wasn't fully housebroken when I got her at just a couple weeks past a year old, last March. I took her out probably once an hour (during the day) for the first couple of weeks we had her. She's been perfect.

I think the key is to never give them the opportunity to screw up...and tons of praise and hallelujahs every time they do the tiniest squirt.

I don't do treats for this...just figurative handstands and cartwheels, lol.
