GollyGear.com is a site with products especially for small dogs. I like the rolled Poochee harness/leash combinations. They don't matt the fur like the wider harnesses will.
I got the rolled fabric version for Zoey...works great. She's comfortable with it...and no more matts. Super easy to put on and no need for a leash....
