Oh my, I think I would tell them if they didn't get that straightned out I would have my lawer contact them.
I don't understand how in the world they could make a mistake like that.
Have you checked my ebay to make sure someone hasn't stolen your account password and actually selling on YOUR account?
My sister in law had someone selling things on HER account, she had to contact ebay and get it all straightned out and change her password and everything, it was a huge mess all around.
And you know if someone does that, the bidder is going to get nothing, its a bunch of scammers out to rip people off.
They never did let her know if the culprit was found and what was done about it.
