Lots of people on here give pups a little plain (not spiced) canned pumpkin for diarrhea, and for constipation too. But the vomiting makes it more of a question. Don't wait too long before calling a vet, as young puppies can go down really quick if something is wrong. We are all just a bunch of dog owners/lovers, and our guessing is no substitute for a vet diagnosis. Better safe than sorry.
