Congratulations on getting a yorkie and though I'm NO EXPERT - I've seen a few yorkies with the really dark faces and I heard sometimes the hair doesn't grow and is a bit coarser when they reach adulthood....I would have to say it's a personal choice if you like that look.....maybe keep looking if you are questioning whether you are getting what you asked for ?
Some Breeders sometimes don't tell us the whole story on a puppy and as cute as that puppy is - I looked at her picture in my photo editor program and she really looks mixed with something....her face IS very dark. I would say if you are in love - get her - and if you choose not to take her - I'm sure she will find a great home w/someone else - She IS cute....but her markings are a bit dark
