She is a beautiful little girl. Just love her and she will never remember the bad stuff. My mom rehomed a little 4 yr old biewer who was matted to the skin. The groomer had to shave her and It has been 9 months and she is gorgeous now. You are a wonderful person to bring this little girl in. I have nothing but respect and admiration for all you wonderful ladies on YT who foster, I Know it has to be an emotional rollercoaster when you see these little ones who have been so horrible abused and neglected.
