A little more information would be helpful. How long have you had her? What is her weight at 14 weeks? What food has she been on, and have you changed foods recently? What is her vaccination status (esp. Parvo)? Has your vet checked puppy stool samples for coccidia and giardia & worms? Is there blood or mucus in the diarrhea?
Lots of people on here give pups a little plain (not spiced) canned pumpkin for diarrhea, and for constipation too. But the vomiting makes it more of a question.
Don't wait too long before calling a vet, as young puppies can go down really quick if something is wrong. We are all just a bunch of dog owners/lovers, and our guessing is no substitute for a vet diagnosis. Better safe than sorry.
