That poor baby must be in pain! I think that the groomer should pay the vet bill.

Does anyone know what to expect, ie..the procedure, recovery? Chloe is not my baby (I have 3 boston terrorists), she belongs to a friend; but, I've known her since I helped pick her out at 8 wks. She will be 1 yr old tomorrow.
