Thanks for this advice. I called the manufacturer & vet. Vet said "if you want to come in we can switch the meds for you" and took no responsibility for the error. I was planning on switching vets to someone closer, and now I'm definitely doing it. Making an appt. for Winston to be checked out next week. This was a scary eye opener about how careful I have to be & not just trust the vets.
