yeah she may have mvd as well and why bile acids were elevated as that runs pretty heavily in the breed and my dd has it and not a big deal just low protein diet. I am just real curious as to those bats. My friends dog had liver shunt surgery and his bats were 501 so way over 100 and he had no symptoms pretty wild and alt was not high either - he is a 7 year survivor of liver shunt surgery and doing awesome
