She is beautiful....she'll be adopted quickly.
Most of my fosters usually have to be shaved but if her fur isnt too matted and can be combed out it will help her get adopted. Yorkies with longer coats get adopted faster???
I would just use warm really wet cotton balls for her eyes and keep trying to work out the boogies, cut what you can. Sometimes if the eyes are really yucky there can be little sores under the boogs, I use a tiny dab a neosporin on the sore til it heals.
