Both of my boys are floppy eared. Well.. one is only 3 months old so he has a chance of them coming up.. but I personally love the floppy eared look. I attached some photos of my boys.

I think your baby is honestly a bit too old for them to come up now. It is okay though, I am sure your baby looks adorable no matter what.
