that poor sweetie - trapped in that cage with no one paying attention while she burned terribly is horrible and very negligent on the groomers part. They KNOW how dangerous those dryers are.

It sounds like he feels really bad but man....that should NOT have happened ! No matter how busy a groomer is they should never ever leave a dog unattended ..... and anyone who sees this needs to remember it if they ever go to a groomer who use them. To me it's the lazy way to dry pets and dangerous ! Hand held dryers are safer and even then - people have to be careful
