I have been asked this question occasionally and never tell what we paid. One person that asked was a street person who actually got belligerent and said "That dog probably cost more than most people can buy a car for". I had to keep from laughing at That statement!
I agree with the person that said if anyone Wants to really know what a reputable breeder charges they can research like i did
