i ended up having a mobile come to house after all the horror stories i read about and now wash and blow dry them myself and have groomer do cut and nails. I am too afraid - accidents happen but this is UNACCEPTABLE- my friends groomer cut her maltese and the dog needed stitches things happen but this is HORRIBLE pure negligence |
