Robin, do you use elastic to attach the velcro? That's the best thing I like about heidi and company's booties. The elastic allows you to get them just a wee bit tighter so they don't fall off. Most people just use straight velcro, which isn't stretchy. But attaching the Velcro to the elastic makes a big difference. |

Yes, I used elastic with velcro at the ends. I even debated using a thinner elastic (not so wide) and then cutting down the velcro but decided against it. I may try that tonight or tomorrow on a "trial run". I originally thought the elastic and velcro would be pretty bulky on a smaller baby. My Ginger who is 4lbs did fine though. I agree, I think having that attaching the velcro to the elastic is key, makes it so easy to secure them.
