I do not even trust my own neighbor with my yorkies. I never let my smaller one's out alone unless my guard dog is with them. He will bark like crazy if anyone tries to enter my yard.
People are just so thoughtless these days you can never be to safe. I'd be careful when you let her out in your backyard alone as someone may be looking at you.
How did they know you had a puppy? A lot of things don't add up so be on the alert.
