please remember that although it may seem like it to you, your dog isn't really thinking 'they didnt drop any bits of food for me so i'm going to poop on the floor to get revenge'!!
When he weed on the bed, it was because he needed to wee, but the cat wouldn't let him down, not because he wanted to make you suffer for any reason. Doggies don't think like that.
Do you take him out for lots of walks through the day? Is he getting the chance to wee/poop outside.
My brother rescued a dog that had been returned to the kennels several times because she weed everywhere. With lots of regular walks and consistency, she was finally housetrained, and they never had a problem again.
It might improve things when you move and the smell of wee isnt about...i really hope so. Back to basics i guess...start training again as if he was a new pup.
