the best urine sample is to get first thing in am after it has been sitting in bladder all night so flip a wee wee pad over get a sterile syringe and sterile bottle from vet and then capture the urine first pee of the day and take in to vet - if you cannot get in right after sample as too early in am then put the sample in fridge to preserve it
