Now that you've done that...
If there is another pup (which you would be aware of if you'd had xrays), then 10 1/2 hours is way to long (by about 8 hours) to wait for her to deliver the last one. Did she deliver all the placentas? It could be that she has one retained and that is what you are feeling instead of another pup. Did you check to see if you can detect a heartbeat? Green discharge is not good. The 'green looking stuff handing out' is likely a placenta. She needs a POP shot from the vet to ensure that she is not retaining any. Also, talk with your vet about supplementing her calcium...she will need it in the coming weeks while she is nursing pups.
