This is a Houston business and I just happened to be in a store one day when the salesman was there...he did a demo and I figured I would try it since it was guaranteed. It removes odors and stains like nothing I have ever used! The only issue that you must be careful with is that it will lighten "some" colors. It never happened to me when I had carpet, though.

I had once ordered some dog clothes on Ebay and when I got them, they reeked of smoke. A couple had boa trim that could not be laundered. I was so upset and then thought of Eco-88...put the items in a bag and sprayed a little bit lightly into the bag. Voila! No smell of smoke!
