I see what you are saying. 8-12 hours is a long time for a new puppy. I think in the warm weather taking Penny on long walks daily would be beneficial to both of us. hehe I see what you are saying about the xpen in the kitchen. I would be devastated if she chewed on the kitchen cabinets!! I am so glad I posted on here first before jumping into things! Thanks guys ^_^
