The picture that shows up under your name on pages where you post is called the "avatar". To upload a picture to use as an avatar, click on this page:

The picture that show up on your "profile page" is called the "profile picture", and you upload that on this page.

Oh I see you've got a picture uploaded as your profile picture already and that's adorable. You can use the same picture as your avatar, but you upload it where you edit your avatar.
Go to "user CP" which stands for control panel, and its on the top left hand side of the page, here's a shortcut.
