I use the Vellus products on my show coats. I wash once a month with the Clarifying shampoo followed by the regular shampoo and then the conditioner.
Just use the regular Vellus shampoo & conditioner the rest of the time.
I love the Vellus products. The cream is great for the topknot, it keeps it from getting knots under the bands. I think it also helps grow hair.
