A word of warning to those who think they can get a good deal buying a cheap puppy, it's much better to go to a legitimate rescue, if you are on a budget. They've already had the dogs vet checked, and you will have a much better idea of the financial responsibilities that you are assuming. These dogs purchased on Kijiji are sold "as it" and it's not unusual for them to have an illness such as heartworms that is very expensive to treat.

I hate to see the rescue forum turned into a place for bad breeders to sell their dogs.
