I bought a memory foam pillow and trimed it to size and put it inside a pillow case and loosely stiched the end closed, when is dirty all i have to do is open the stiches and slide the pillow out and wash the cover,and replace it after is dry, and i paid a wooping $20.00 at walmart for the pillow.
