Default HELP -Vet Gave Wrong Medication!

I bought a year's worth of Revolution from the vet in November for my new puppy. He was 9 lbs. at the time, so I asked for the dosage for 11-20 lbs, he's 14 lbs. now. I just gave him his 3rd dose today, and noticed when I was putting it away that although the prescription label from the vet with his name on it says 11-20 lbs, the actual Revolution packaging says 20-40 lbs. THE VET GAVE ME THE WRONG DOSAGE! Needless to say I'm furious & worried about my dog.

I already called & will be exchanging the remaining doses. But, does anyone know if giving the dosage for a larger dog is harmful for him? Help!
