I too noticed that the top was cut off, and I also believe it is a weird sense of humor. It is a 2L bottle so it is not a small bottle either. Just remember, with technology these days, and good photoshop skills anything is possible with a picture, and people are all about the "shock factor." I rarely belive anything I see anymore in an email or online.
