Yes, that is what I am saying. I have a chain link fence with a privacy wooden fence and also a under ground electric fence. I am aware this is not a popular idea but it works for us and like I stated before it is not an "electric shock" it is like a "static electric" like when you drag your feet on the carpet. And again, our girls don't wear the collars all the time as stated in the above post. I know this isn't for everyone, however it has worked for us and we feel safe with it. Have a Great evening!
