Near Quebec City , Canada , 10 German Shepherd Dogs have been found chained in a basement .

The owners told the police that they were their adorables reproducing dogs . They told the police that the mothers only stayed chained for the 3/4 of their pregnancies , the other 1/4 the bitches were in a shed .

Local television have decided to give air time for the groups of animal protection of our community .
