To be laughing like nothing was wrong shows what an irresponsible person she is. Will she still be laughing when the dog turns on her son?
I'm glad your babies are OK and weren't physically hurt. I can't imagine the fear you must of been feeling. I'm glad someone did step up and help you. But I will be honest here and say if I saw a 120 lb. mastiff attacking another dog , I don't really know if I would run out and put myself between it either. I am
terrified of big dogs , so while I would have screamed from my door to try and get the dogs attention , I know I wouldn't have ran outside...maybe thats why no one came...fear.
I think you should call animal control. There has to be something that can be done , if not why bother even having laws? Yeah , he was on a leash but that leash was attached to a child who had no business walking that dog alone.
