Wow, I didn't know they could get worse, could it be anything medical? I know some breeders suggest putting a large soda bottle in the middle of the pee pad, for those dogs that like to lift their legs and pee, this helps them go more in the middle. Good luck, I hope you find some answers, moving usually creates more problems. I'm wondering if he's feeling your stress, and that's making things worse. I don't think dogs do things out of spite, that part of the brain doesn't exist in animals, but I know it can seem like it sometimes. I found a large washable pee pad that I put under Joey's smaller washable pee pads, it' works great!
