But the Water really ticked me off - I swear - he looked SO GUILTY I couldn't yell at him - I just told him straight out when WE pay for the water - WE are going to be the only ones using it....IF it was an emergency that's different... but ASK me first. the worst thing is we are struggling so bad paying bills right now.....he couldn't have picked a worse time to do this.
I just couldn't believe I saw MY hose going clear across his driveway into his garage without them asking....BIG ONES I tell ya !!!
