Pulling a tooth under the novacaine is easy peasy. Not sure about the bone graft. When I had my oral surgery for my impacted wisdom teeth I only had the novacaine. I try to limit my exposure to drugs. I just close my eyes..I hate seeing the needle coming. UGGG gives me the willies.
